Just .6lbs off target weight, so a big thank you for this forum and for all the information on here. My weight stalled a few weeks ago and then the 16:8 window of food was being mentioned on here. I gave that a try and it started things off again. If it wasn't for this friendly forum I would have probably given up. I have only ever done weight watchers as a diet about 3 years ago. it took me about 10 months to get to goal weight. And I had to count points all the time. So hard. And even harder having to make big food choices if I wanted to eat chocolate. That's so restrictive and not much fun.
I am confident that I can get to goal in the next couple of weeks and am not craving food all the time or picking throughout the day. I can cope with the fast days although I have to keep busy not sure what I will do once I finally get to 11.3lbs but am so pleased it is so close. I haven't done any exercise for almost a month as I am resting up an injury so was concerned that I wouldn't lose anything (I was running/jogging 10-15miles a week). It has been an eye opener that no exercise hasn't stopped weight loss, although before 5:2 I was eating most of the calories earned from exercise
Thank you so much for this site xx
