I am quite literally gutted!!
I put on 300g last week and this week I have lost 200g. So in two weeks instead of losing almost a kilo I have put on. I know this sounds petty but I am so desperate to lose the weight. I was willing to watch it come off slowly. I had come around to the idea of losing about a lb a week, but instead and even after doing two low carb days this week I am still heavier than I was two weeks ago.
I just wanted to share my disappointment. Hopefully writing it down will get it out of my system so that I don't just give up!!!!
