I managed to lose 17 lbs between the end of January and beginning of May, taking me to 4 lbs below my target weight, which I maintained until I went on holiday 2 weeks ago by fasting one day per week, and sometimes two. Set off for two weeks in Florida, and whilst not going mad I indulged in ice cream etc, and my main weakness of beer and (lots of!) savoury nibbles in the evening. So I was THRILLED when I got on the scales this morning to find I had only put on 2 lbs and am still 2 lbs below my target weight!! Fasting today because I actually really wanted to feel hungry again after two weeks of indulgence, and will continue with 6:1 from now onwards.

that's great - who ever thought we'd look forward to fast days
Well done Tass! I really love hearing from people that have been maintaining successfully.
Good to know 6 1 works. If I ever get to that point(lol). I am sure you were disappointed with the 2 pounds but heck what did you expect on vacation? You had a good time and now your back to reality and collateral damage control. Your so lucky that you could go on vacation, that you reached your goal, that you have been able to keep it off and you only have to deal with 2 pounds.
