So happy
25 Jun 2013, 11:02
My first morning following a fast that I don't have a headache  . Nothing. So relieved as I was starting to dread the day after.

My OH (Les) also joined me yesterday. He had been keeping an eye on how I was doing and then decided last minute on Sunday that he would join me yesterday. His day went fine (so relieved) and he was just a little bit over his calories for the day. My first one was a disaster so I am really happy for him.

Back to work now. Just had to share

Hi Alexandra + Les and welcome to you both, glad first fast day went sort of ok, it can only get better !! Non of my f/days have been any problem (lucky me ) coz I've loads to lose so will be around for quite some time. But as you can see I'm off to a brilliant start, have set my goal low coz When I get there I truly believe I'll be happy with that weight, but who knows I may move the goalposts. Good luck :clover: Sue
