I sneaked a cheeky weigh-in on Tuesday, after fasting on Monday and a weekend that included a Chinese take away, I wasn't sure what to expect. Result 142.2 lbs (YAY) nearly a 2 lb loss since the previous week - almost too good to be true.

Fasted yesterday, weighed this morning result 144.2 lbs - a 0.2lb loss since last week. Not nearly as impressive and obviously the Chicken Chow Mein taking its revenge
