What??
27 Jun 2013, 13:20
Me " Well, I've just hit the next stone down"
OH "What stone is that then?" Me: "I'm not saying but it's a stone since say March, cos I was messing about with Atkins in Jan and Feb and I kept losign it an putting it on again"
OH "Well that's a long time to lose a stone"
Me = deflated, went and counted my fingers, Mid March to Mid June = 3 months x 4 week/month = 1lb/week/

So there! :like:

What a perfect result for someone following the 5:2 WOE! It's better to lose a stone (any stone) slowly than never to lose it at all! Well done to you for losing it and for not 'losing it' with your OH!
