Since last Friday, amongst other things, I have eaten cheeseburger and chips, McDs breakfast meal, 99 ice cream cone, ice lolly, pizza, several cakes, had a big family party with lasagne and quite a bit of booze  , couple of midweek beers and wine ..... You get the picture, by Wednesday I was feeling that familiar food guilt, knowing I had eaten all sorts of goodies which you just don't see on a diet.

Since last Friday I have l lost 2lb :victory:

I love the 5:2 WOE! How fantastic is this? I could never imagine having been on 'a diet' for two months solid. I would have gone crazy, binged and given up. I can also imagine carrying on eating like this indefinitely, so things are only going to get lighter!

Thank you for this lovely Forum, it has played an important part in keeping me going through a bit of a plateau.

Onwards and downwards!

I know, I've something similar... a bag of potato chips, a chocolate bar, pasta, wine... (but also good veggies and protein - I so don't want to give the wrong impression) but yes, some extravagances, and here I am, with finally an inch down on my waist. I hope it keeps working like this!
