Very excited about my weigh-in this morning. Yesterday was my 8th fastday and I'm only weighing and measuring every 2 weeks. So I've been doing this for nearly a month and the results are amazing.
3.4kg (7.5lbs) lost in weight, 9cm gone on the waist and bodyfat is down by 3%. I seem to have an above average weight loss right now, but from what I've read that is normal at the beginning and then it slows down to a plateau in a couple of months.
What really amazes me is that I have really not changed my diet at all on feed days, I am still having a good few drinks when I go out, the odd bowl of ice cream at home once the kids are in bed and I even munched through about 8 quality street last week on the sofa with OH.
I did try to start the 30 day shred this week and completed day 2, but my calves hurt so much that I didn't go back for more. I want do get rid of my belly fat and tone down my hips and thighs, but my calves are grand to look at I need to find something I like - it's the only way I'll stick at it!!!
