I'm very happy to have lost 3lb since last friday. Didn't do first fast till monday, but Friday was my normal weigh day on WW so will stick to that. Been struggling to lose half a pound a week on WW. Fasting Monday & Wednesday again next week

Im going to do Mon and Wed. Think i will buy ready meals and jelly etc... not good with recepies. The reason why i joined, my friend has lost 12lbs in 4 weeks by doing this.
We can help each other along. Put some info in your progress tracker so we can keep tabs on each other! I've just been having a piece of grilled salmon or chicken of about 100-120 cals with some salad for my evening meal.
That's brilliant! Well done. I've just completed my first week and lost almost as much - about 2 3/4 lbs. It's encouraging when you see a definite downward movement on the scale isn't it?
