Yay, 2 stone lost Started in January, took 2 weeks off whilst on holiday. Loving this way of eating. A few stalls but mostly a fairly consistent 1 lb a week. Although the loss is quite slow, I feel this is something I can continue with long term and hope the health benefits may be kicking in too. Blood test results show a good improvement in diabetic blood sugar control. I am well pleased.
