14 stone this morn. (fasted yesterday)

Down from 14.6.

I was going to use the excersise bike this morning but my back played up last time.

I need to get the treadmill running again (new motor to fit)

Well done, David! How many weeks has that taken? Do you think that you may have been a little too enthusiastic on the exercise bike last time? Perhaps try again with a shorter/less vigorous session? Anyway, that doesn't take away from the fact that you are now on the road to a weight which you can choose, so congratulations!

Great result - well done !

Would you think about adding your results to the progress tracker, to add to the useful stats collected?

Thanks guys.

Yes, the snag is have a back injury from an accident a few years ago. The oesteopath said I should be walking to strengthen the local muscles. I detest walking for the sake of it....hence the TM. TM has been, I'm afraid , mucho trouble so I've got the bikes now (yes, two!).

As you say though, maybe a bit too much.

It's BIG relief that its coming off. I'm not sure as I'd have seen a way out of it otherwise. Thinking about the calories has also made me kick alcohol into touch.

Its made realise (too) that the biils I ve had from the local super market just aren't necessary.... for one person I just seemed to be spending far too much *(no I'm not saying HOW much!!).

*that I can't afford.
