Definately delighted and happy.

I have been on 4:3 since 7th of April. It is 12 weeks and 1 day exactly and I have lost ..... 12 kilo :victory: .

Guess who is very happy. And for the first time I am in the 70'ties, when it comes to weight : 79,9 ( or 79,8, the scale showed both *lol*)

BMI: 28,3

I feel I could walk on clouds at the moment

Just love this 4:3 and no problems at all about feeling hungry on fastdays, where I only eat my dinner, so no eating for 24 hours.
You've done so well! Its people like you who keep me motivated to struggle on.
Wow that's brilliant, I started a week before you and have lost much less. Well done, I love it too
Thanks a lot  - I think for the first time with all the diets, I have tried, this is the first one I can follow and continue following without any problems, and ít is really working  .
Hi pist Congratulations you've done so well what a great feeling you must have today, I'm with you on your feelings for this woe never felt I could stick to anything as well as I do now I'm also doing 4:3 and have found it so easy + healthy :clover: Sue
You struggled a bit but you sound a lot happier now.

Well done! Under 80 kgs is my next big milestone. Just had a week off and felt rubbish, so looking forward to getting back in to the swing of things.
Thanks Sue and BBT053 - Yes I did struggle a bit in the beginning. I do have thyroid problems too, so I can't eat 2000 calories a day on my on fasting days, so it took some time to find out the best way for me  .

But I do try to zig-zag my calorie-intake, and it seems to help me - at least for now  .

I guess the last 10 kilo will not be so easy as the first, but I am on my way and I am happy about that  .

I am sure to get back on the swing will be good for you BBT053. I had a week earlier, when I completely lost focus, because of birth of my grandchild, then my sons wedding and my other grandchild's baptism ( got 2 this year  ) .. but back on the track 100% now
Great work pist and interesting how you found what works for you with thyroid issues, inspiring congrats and all the best to your goal
Thanks a lot gillymary  I still have about 9 kilo before I reach the target, but suddenly it doesn't seem so far away :victory:

Wishing you the best to your goal too.
