and she asked if i had lost weight, as you could see in my face!!  :like:

I have probably lost at least half a stone...(my progress tracker only goes from last week now, as we moved and my scales changed and had me right back up to my original starting weight)

I have also started waist measurements this week also.

But I am so happy someone noticed, and she did not even know I was trying to lose weight!
Great isn't it ? Feels real when someone comments. I got none and then several since about 2 weeks ago! Clothes too big is good too! :victory:
It's great to get comments about weight loss, my husband gets loads at 12kg weight loss whereas I only get occasional ones at 10kg down, I guess I must hide my flab well so it's not noticeable when I loose it!
That's great! And for it to be noticed over Skype is especially nice :-)
I am rather happy!!

next stop is to go down a dress size!
Way to go Tonythefist! Just keep it up and those compliments will be rolling in!
