oh no. My weight has gone up this week! a lot! This is a first. My waist went down another cm, and I've just fit into some trousers I bought at my lowest point on Atkins quite a few years ago. I'm going to try not to worry too much. I can't think what I've done that would have caused a gain last week. Confused.
Too much salt?
I wouldn't worry too much about it MaryAnn, especially if your waist has gone down. No doubt the scales will sort themselves out soon. :heart:

I think I might have figured it out. I nearly always fast on Wednesday, Saturday and Monday, then weigh on Tuesday morning. This week, I fasted on Friday not Saturday. The only other time I didn't lose, I had a similar pattern. I'm definitely seeing the advantage of daily weighing, but I still don't want to do it. So... hopefully after fasting Wed., Sat., and Mon this/next week, my Tuesday morning weigh-in will be better. That, and I'll watch the salt!
I do the daily weighing and it's been quite relaxing. You just watch the ups and downs with amusement really, amazing the difference can be each day. The nice big downward trendline helps with not getting stressed!

It's also stopped me hopping on and off the scales all day, just one result taken at the same time each day...
Phew. Back on track with a 1.2kg loss from two weeks ago. I decided to invest in the all-singing all-dancing digital scales. Unfortunately they sing and dance in Japanese. I now know the kanji for body fat!
