Grrrr! Up a pound.
02 Jul 2013, 10:40
I knew that a week of ADF would mess my metabolism up, but I didn't think it would last for a second week.

I went ADF with my son for a week as he wanted to lose as much as possible prior to a hospital appointment. The weigh in after the ADF I lost half a pound when I've been averaging 1.25lbs (I'm a big lass so lose more). I didn't expect to put on a pound this week as well.

I can pinpoint where the weight has come from, its not my eating, its my bloating, again, I look 10 months pregnant and I'm so constipated I'm uncomfortable (anti-inflammatory tablets not lack of fibre). If my tummy and internals sort themselves out for tomorrow I will weigh again and hope for better news. :frown:
