My presence on the forum has dropped off a little lately but I've been dipping in and out from time to time. I'm so glad I have and have been reading the really helpful posts from people like simcoeluv that have pushed me to keep going and not lose faith. I have lost another pound this week which brings me to a total of 10 in 10 weeks - bang on the average. I have also finally crossed into the healthy BMI range - an arbitrary milestone but we all need mini-goals to keep us motivated. I won't admit I "like" fast days but the fact I hoovered up fried chicken, brownies and chocolate chip cookies (and a fair bit of wine!) at the weekend and still lost a pound makes it all worth it.
So thanks to all of you whose kind words of support have helped me. And to those still struggling, keep at it - you will get there!
