Hi all

i have been gaining / losing the same couple of lb for weeks and weeks. Last week I thought i'd weigh daily something i dont normally do and the scales went
13st 2.1
13st 1.5
13st 1.7
12st 13.8
13st 1.8
13st 3.7
13st 2.1

now i havent seen 12st something for at least 10 years and i am starting to wonder if i was imagining it as the scales have gone back to 13st 2.1 which i seem to be stuck at
i have adjusted my tdee due to the still dodgy ankle but am really hoping that i can start back to proper exercise nect week

i juggle my cals and have about 5-600 on fast days and other days vary from 1500 to 2800 when i have a few beers

i know i will eventually get under the 13st mark but having had the glimpse has made me even more determined to stick with this as it is so easy

I think it is a glimpse into the future. That is the same kind of pattern that a lot of other people are seeing (and often tracking on apps such as Libra etc) that over the course of a week your weight fluctuates up and down due to what you have last eaten may have been a bit salty and therefore caused some fluid retention. Fluid retention may also occur for the ladies at TOTM. You may have been exercising and your body maybe holding onto water there are a lot of reasons for the fluctuating weight.

Your true weight is among those numbers and what you will see is that after a while you will get less of the 13's and more of the 12's. Just stick to it. Keep up with sensible eating and as hard as it can be just give your body time to sort itself out.
I was exactly the same waiting to get below 70kg to be in the 60s, it took 3 weeks but suddenly even more dropped off quicker, such a great feeling, don't give up!
