Mixed bag

After 4 weeks I have lost 9lb and 4.5 inches off my waist. A bit fed up as I put a lb on since last week but that is possibly water retention. curiouser and curiouser.

4.5 inches off your waist in 4 weeks, that's amazing! I am very impressed.

The body works in mysterious ways. Am going to give up weekly weighing and do once every 4 weeks.

First of all well done for 9 pound loss don't worry about that pound on it is probably fluid as you say my scales have shown 2 pound gain a couple of times in the past, you got to ignore it ,difficult I know, but it seems to happen ,keep up the good work ,it does work and good luck

Wow, congrats though!! Even with 8 lbs, you are losing very quickly!

I'd be very pleased w/ those sorts of results Nelsonsmum! I've been on this for 13 weeks and I'm only one inch down on my waist, and I thought that was pretty good!

I think the water thing is so right on, I could see my skin getting sorta chunky with water... it's just a placeholder until your body decides it can let go. Stick with it and it will.

I don't weigh myself, so I don't know if I've lost any weight.... scales for me are too scary yet, and I do want to give this a fair trial. :geek:

:clover: good luck and :like: right on!
