I tentatively weighed myself this morning, and have lost that irritating 2lbs that I've been unable to shift for the last 5 weeks. HURRAH!
I have switched to clean eating, cutting out pretty much all processed foods, and eating mainly a plant based diet. I've known for a while that a veggie diet is better for my weight loss, but cutting out refined and processed food has helped enormously too. I'm definitely going to keep it up.
