Exactly 1 week since taking my pre first-fast-day weight and body fat I have lost 4lbs and 1% body fat. Awesome
I have to confess a slight cheat, due to having to change my fast days this week to accommodate a works training course (no way I am not having a free lunch) which clashed with a fast day, I have fasted today meaning I have done a 3:5. But I did have a bottle of wine on Friday (and a bag of pistachio nuts once the alcohol had lowered my resolve) and a Chinese and a couple of beers on Saturday so pretty darn amazing.
I have noticed a reduction in my appetite during feasting days as well, which is all good stuff. Fast number 3 today was by far the easiest, I hardly even felt hungry.
