Gained but lost!
07 Jul 2013, 07:52
Haha gained another pound at fortnightly weigh in :frown: but lost another half inch off the waist  :victory:  taking me to 4in lost :victory: :victory: :victory: and only another 2in to go before I hit my first minuscule target
Looking in the mirror, I can see a definite waist-shape now (even from the side, )

Wow, that's brilliant!! :star:

My weight is going down, but my waist is EXACTLY the same. Grr! Where the heck is the fat going from?! :curse: :?:
Mind you, my ankles are very thin...

Congratulations on the loss from your waist. Every little bit takes you one step closer to your goal. Onwards and downwards!

Yes this weight / measurement thing is weird! No two people alike! Just proves how different we all are!

Well done silverdarling I think the ''inch'' loss is more important not only from the health part but the downsizing/clothing because you're shopping for smaller sizes, the weight loss is great of course but lately I'm beginning to think its more of a psychological boost only, thank-you for your wonderful update :like: :clover: Sue

Thanks Sue - I do agree with you, I hadn't realised how important it is to others to share your results, as it does reinforce that it's not only about weight loss. And I wouldn't be feeling so upbeat if I hadn't read about others' experiences on here as well.
