Delighted or Disappointed?

Wow! Lost 11cm off my waist!

I have lost weight - almost 8kg doing 5:2, but have been on a plateau for the past few weeks, even though sticking to it. I was very disappointed again when I weighed myself this morning, still no change. BUT I had not measured my waist since I started this back in January so i thought i would check and I have lost 11cm !!!! I had to measure it three times as i could not believe it. I only have 3cm to lose off my waist now to be back in the healthy range. Fantastic, now I know why I have recently had to get rid of so many clothes that are all baggy on me now! Yay, I love this WOE!

Hello Mullumgirl. I too have weighed the same now for 3 weeks, but have lost an inch on my waist each week. Quite shocking actually. I only wish like you I had measured my waist when I started. Oh yeah, we are doing the happy dance together!
Me too. Didnt see a loss on the scales this week but I am shrinking so it's easy to keep motivated.
