Delighted or Disappointed?

dropping to 199 (14s3, 90.45kg) this morning which places me firmly in the delighted category.

It's probably been 20 years since I'd been this light. Been on ADF from the start; down 32 pounds (2s4, 14.5kg) in 72 days (36 fasts).

I think I'm going to have breakfast...then a 6K run/walk, 2 hours at the gym and lunch - ooh, lunch.
