Six months later.....

Still on the 5:2 and sticking to the original simple idea.
My OH has lost a stone and two inches from the navel whereas I have lost half a stone and 11/2 " inches. So nothing dramatic just steady downwards trend.
The two weeks holiday caused a real blip on the graphs and I'll be very pleased when I hit the pre-holiday weight (a mini-goal!).
So. Still trying to lose those last few stubborn pounds and inches, but my OH can afford to have some sneaky suppers when I'm not looking.
We're staying calm and carrying on!

Glad your close to your goal. I could only dream to have your current BMI. You are very smart to address the upward trend before it becomes unmanageable.
