Delighted or Disappointed?

Annoyed and happy

Hi all

I was doing so well but somehow I managed to put weight on this week :shock: . Not a whole lot just 400g but it's still annoying. I have been good and stayed below my calories on both fast days, had plenty of water so really a bit surprised. My clothes feel looser :lol: in fact I am cross with the new pair I bought 5 weeks ago then dithered (do I change them or not) and now they are too big :grin: . I am happy about it while being cross at the waste as well. OH says I am not happy unless I have something to give off about. :oops: Typical.

Anyway I am definetly shrinking so where is this gain coming from? I am decorating next week, tiling the kitchen etc so no fast days as it will be difficult enough dealing with all the stress and disruption. My youngest son has ASD and change/disruption really isn't something he can cope with :heart: , so all fun and games next week. I just hope the damage to my weight won't be too high, as I have promised take outs etc to bribe YS and try and keep him positive. :clover:
