12th July.....weighed this morning and although a little dissappointed I have stayed the same. I am delighted with total loss to date so am not going to get down about it. I know why there was no loss as I usually spend 30 minutes a day (not weekends) on my exercise bike and because of this glorious weather I havent done it .So I will knuckle down and get on my bike and continue with this healthy w o l. Good luck to everyone

Yes, I have stayed the same and no use in fretting about, it could make me crazy. I'll just keep plugging away too. I am near where I want to be, about 2kilo to go. It will happen.
We picked up a spin bike from a major city today and now it sits in front of the tv, lucky me, no excuse now, treadmill in the bedroom, spin bike in the lounge:)

Hi Cherylhead don't be disappointed it does happen sometimes also you can gain but don't be put off it seems to happen with this WOE it's usually fluid and good luck
Also stayed the same little bit disappointed but I suppose would rather stay the same than gain I have been working more hours so havent done the exercise I would normally.
I have stayed the same too but it's tom in the next few days so am just going to keep on keeping on.
Hi Zamale the bike wont be at home for much longer,My Husband has treated me to a cross trainer so am waiting for that to come. Well done you!!! only 2kilos to go .......Ive lost 2 st 6 lb so far another 4 st 8 lb to go and am enjoying it very much.
You can see I've hit the plateau hard too, and rolled up hill aways.
Should I change something, as some respected bloggers recommend?
Should I carry on doing the 24 hour fast twice a week?
Each of us metabolises individually, so what's good for one may not work quite the same on another.
More pondering, and good luck to my fellow plateaux!

I'd keep going at it. Its apparent, things slow down from time to time. I've accepted it for me. I realise things do get moving weight wise, just got to hang in , what is the alternative?. I dont see one I dont have specific advice, other than the former.
Azureblue.....I supposed anything is worth trying as you say what is good for one may not be for another. If its not for you it may be the case that a change is as good as a rest, have a rest and then restart with what is good for you hope that helps not as indepth and knowledgeable as some good people on the forum
Just to suggest you keep measuring- the tape measure can sometimes be kind when the scales aren't
