Progress....
15 Jul 2013, 23:56
Down to 13.6 this evening.

Seeems to have been good 2lbs today but then yesteday was pretty hard work.... we did 68 pallets over a 12 hours shift(it was bit more than what I wanted in truth...).

I don't mean to sound like bragging but this eems to be the place to do it. Even the waist measurement is now starting to move.

Its not all good news of course, its dificult to keep going when stuff needs doing (especially in this weather) but it one of the few  good suggestions my MUm has had...

SOOOO pleased to have kicked the hard stuff into touch too. I didn't touch it last night after a completely ropey shift which is stunning achievement tho I do say it   .

I am putting off job hunting cos I'm feeling rubbish on fast days .....

Its good some thing working just now with the job such a drag.

Hi David, glad to hear that your losing weight, shame your job is stressing you so much. Im assuming you havent been fasting long?? It gets better and the longer you fast the better you should feel on fasting days. So dont put off the job hunting for too long, but be glad you have a job as its easier to get a new job when you already have one.
Oh and Mothers always have good suggestions,at least thats what I tell my kids

Yes it is a bit.

A very compicated situation which I can't easily see a way out of at moment. Its really not a vey fair situation but I'm stuck with it for the time being.

It's (5:2) been about 3 or 4 weeks now.

Its ok(ish) :starving:
