Well end of week 3 and another 4 pounds gone! That's 1 stone 5 pounds in 3 weeks. I cannot actually believe how easy this lifestyle is, I say lifestyle because we have to stop using the word diet! Good luck to everyone and let's see what this week brings.

No secret, just sticking to the rules. On fast days I have a cup coffee with milk at breakfast and then just green tea until about 6pm when I have 600 cal meal. On none fast days I just eat normally which is between 2000 to 2500 cals, but I have had a couple 4000 cal days over the last couple of weeks. I am also training 5 out of 7 days which really helps the weight loss. I think if we want to make permanent changes then it involves the right eating plan and increased activity. Well it's working for me anyway. 3 1/2 stone still to go!
