Delighted or Disappointed?

First milestone was "healthy" BMI and I got there last week. Next is to cross below 10 stone - having lost almost a pound and a half this week (yay!) I have .14 lbs to go. After that is my first stone, and I have just over 2 lbs to get to that. Goal weight is still a way off though, but I can afford to be patient.

I was really pleased to show a loss this week - I had trouble taking my rings off this morning which could have been due to water retention. My actual loss could therefore have been even more, but I'm still happy!

I've just gotten a fitbit and in only 2 days I've done more than 30,000 steps - no reason I can't reach my goals within the next month.

I will repeat what everyone keeps saying - it does work!
Well done Mummybunny, such a good feeling when you reach those goals.
