Delighted or Disappointed?

I have just done my third week,Weight Loss 1 miserable lb..Yes I know its slow :wink: However just measured my waist as I felt my tousers a little loser :shock: And low & behold lost 2 inches..So if like me its seems rather deflating when you step on those scales hang in there, and keep that tape measure to hand :grin: (Enjoy the sun you Brits we only have another week of it!!! :cool: )

I didn't lose any weight for the first few weeks, but all my clothes felt bigger after the first week and it was soon noticeable that rather than look like a cube, I was looking more like an hourglass! Then the weight just started to go, mind you I was monitoring my food intake and cut down the carbs.
