Re alcohol could try a spritzer eg 50mls of white wine and top up glass with good quality sparkling mineral water and a good squeeze as well as slice of lime. Very quenching and much lower cal

ditz the carbs and focus on plant based recipes on fast days for a change

You have to mix it up a bit and eating over your TDEE, which you get using your tracker, it is the weird bit but I find it shifts the weight.
