must say im really enjoying this new lifestyle.I started last Tuesday and am fasting Tuesdays and Thursdays. Weirdly i was looking forward to fasting today!Although i am currently a little peckish as we speak.Im trying to put tea of for another hour or so,before i go and watch the mighty Coventry City Fc in their big game tonight.PUSB!
Anyway ive weighed in and lost 3lb and 0.5inch of my middle, so i think thts a pretty good result. Ive swam on my fasting days on my lunch break to take my mind of not having anything to eat - i work at a sports centre, as a swimming teacher so itd be rude not to swim really !
Ive felt pretty good in myself this week and not at all tired as i may of expected, what i like about this is that everyday is not a diet.Ive eat quite freely on normal days and enjoyed it rather than worrying about point and syn values for everything that go in my mouth, which is quite liberating !
