First Weigh In....
08 Feb 2013, 15:17
Hi everyone

Well the end of my first week, and I got weighed this morning and I'd lost 4lb! whoo hoo!!! :D Really pleased with myself because I was worrying I wasn't going to loose anything...I decided after reading a few posts on the forum that I would do the 4:3 diet for the first month to get the weight shifting, and that I would loosely count calories on my feed days but only for a general idea how I'm doing, not to be too strict.

I've found the fast days really easy to get through, I've worked out a pattern that works for me, so I'll stick to that, I'm going to start incorporating some exercise into my routine this week, and hopefully that will all help towards my weight loss.

Think I've bored everyone this week telling them about how great this diet is! lol...but it must have worked because my mums starting it on monday aswell :)

Thanks to everyone on this great forum for your help, support and guidance on this first week, and good luck
