So I have just weighed in following my 5th week of 5:2 fasting and this week has been the easiest. During my second fast this week on Thursday (which was a quiet day for me when I try to fast on busy days) I even started wondering if I had accidentally eaten something without realising as I was finding it that easy I hadn't by the way
I had a blip last week and had put on 1lb but I put this down to hubby being away during that week and I know that I ate a whole packet of Garibaldi biscuits on one feast day and had a pizza hut buffet on another as I was possibly comfort eating a bit.
But back on track this week and lost 5lb! I've now lost 9lb in total. I really can't believe how easy this is and just wish I'd known about it years ago.
