End of week 4 stats
09 Feb 2013, 14:27
Week 4 weigh in today and I've lost 3lbs, Yippee!!!

Week 1 - lost 6lbs
Week 2 - gained 2 lbs lost 1 inch from waist and hips
Week 3 - lost 2 lbs and half inch from waist and hips
Week 4 - lost 3lbs and half inch from waist and hips

Posting these stats in case anyone is having a week like my week 2 where they gain weight and want to give up! It kept me going that I'd lost an inch from the important places and my jeans felt slacker.

Happy Saturday everyone. Today I will eat, drink and be merry for tomorrow I fast!!!

Well done! That's great news. Pretty sure I've not lost this week but did lose 8lbs in first 2 weeks so can't complain!

Thanks for that. On week 2 I put on 2lb. It is disheartening. I weigh in for week 5 on Monday and I feel really good about it. Joining this forum and getting everyone else's support and experiences has done that.
