Delighted or Disappointed?

Seriously... I have lost 14lbs....

Week one and two I was strict and monitored calories trying to stay low on feasts just so I could understand a calorie... I didn't realise a mars bar was high... I needed to input everything on MFP... WOW butter on toast can boost your intake eh... 9lbs gone

Week 3 fine and nigh on 13lbs gone?!!

Week 4 feeling brave, experimented by not allowing healthy food to pass my lips... I ate pizzas, donuts, pub grub, puddings, beer, wine, take-aways.. My calorific intake averaged out about the same as the weeks before..... But I did not eat nice proper food that doesnt have a plastic wrapper!!! I DID NOT LOSE WEIGHT!

This week I am back to nice eating again, and in half the week I lost a lb... making my total a stone so far. Conclusion... it might not be the calories but how they are made up that can affect weight loss....

Aiming for another stone and that is me!
Hello and welcome to the forum.

I was surprised how many calories were in foods when I started 5:2.
