Hi, I was supposed to have been fasting yesterday, however, I had a bad P.A. day and had to finish work early. When I got home did what I always do when I feel bad, I ate . At least with this way of eating I can adjust so this week instead of fasting Monday and Thursday I will fast Wednesday and Friday. Much better than counting calories and writing off the entire week!

I had a bad carb day yesterday. It was the day after fasting and I ate 5 slices of bread during the day! Just craved carbs. Lucidly there were no cakes in the cupboard. I shall try to make it up over today and tomorrow as next fast is not till Monday.
