Completed first fast day

Good morning fasters

I managed to complete first ever fast yesterday and am feeling very pleased with myself, so I'm logging this to go back to when the bad fast day comes which it will one day.

I had already decided I would keep all my calories to the last meal of the day and I have to say for me that did work really well.

I drank coffee and water all day and had a late meal. It was quite late, but that was because I was out the early part of the evening.

After getting through the shock of not eating in the morning I felt pretty good up until about 4pm when I started to feel a bit weary, however I had been at my desk since 7.40am, so I think that is probably quite normal.

What did I learn?
I can fast
I need to drink more water
that food tastes delicious when you eat after a fast!

I did weigh myself this morning and I had lost 2.5lbs, but I do know that won't all stay off now, but I might keep a first few ounces off.

Good luck everyone
