Does anyone know if these are any good for us carb lovers? Can they only be 8cals a serve?

Hi Lil, sorry I am just reading your post. The product seems to be low carb and not made of the "white stuff" so I bet it would fill a void for me. Thanks for the idea now the hard part will be to find a source in the Northeast. I'm actually excited!

To all responders I am sorry I didn't acknowledge sooner. I really was very down and out about this carb problem. Thanks to all. I am picking myself up and dusting myself off now. I will be a good faster from now on and I will not eat 'the white stuff' cause I just can't. I will try the Slendierslim.

I have just come across this thread. I am a carboholic too but have found that this WOE has significantly reduced my carb cravings which is one of the key reasons why it has worked so well for me :like:

Good luck Clairemarie - you have done so well already and I'm sure you will get back to fasting with lots of support from this forum

52 did help curb the cravings. And I am not crazy for sugar anymore. I kind of dislike the excessive sweetness of certain foods now. It is the flour foods that are the issue. Is it affordability, fullness, stress reduction, comfort, or the ideal vehicle for other yummy foods? Who could actually be satisfied with a half a cup of spaghetti?

Pretty sure the Slendierslim noodles is the same as zero/slim noodles that have featured on here in the past, lots of posts about them. Seems people love them or hate them. I hated them the first time I tried them and sadly still do, but lots of people love them. if you search for zero noodles you'll find lots of posts - they're all made from konjac.

I am a carb lover too, especially white bread, home made or factory rubbish, my need is so great that I don't care. I limit it to weekends only and then I limit the quantity

What has made my fast days exciting is the 'Hairy Bikers' diet book. I actually had a rather yummy beefburger for dinner, when I had thought that beef of any kind was banned on a fast day. Next fat day it is going to be the spanish chicken and chorizo, but I'm swapping out the chorizo with some diablo salami. Fast days have become enjoyable again. I was getting rather bored of tuna salads.
