Happy Friday my fellow 5:2ers,
Today was my "official" weight in day (although I do it several times daily but only focus on my friday morning weigh in)
annnnd... this week; on my 2nd week of 5:2 I've lost another 2lbs! I know it's not a lot, but as a PCOS sufferer to have lost 4 in my first week and 2 this week I'm completely over the moon.
I can't express my delight, I rarely do these big happy/braggy posts but I just wanted to thank you all for your lovely support this week.. it's helped me so much, and THANK YOU 5:2!
I know it'll probably start to mellow soon and drop to a max of 1lb, but that's my goal - 1 a week, so I'm ok with that. I feel like I've tried so many diets/WOE and this one just fits right and seems to work for me and my lifestyle.
Anybody else weighing in today, how did you do?
