Hi Lil

I didn't notice the colour changing until it was pointed out to me

Currently the two fasts fit in with my way of eating, i.e. I eat very late (and very very late at weekends unless OH is around!), and enjoy my G&T, Magners, Wine, whatever takes my fancy, non fasting. Fasting I eat by around 6pm before falling off a cliff.

I would like to go into xmas with a couple of pounds maybe lower than goal as fitting fasts in around xmas will be hard but can try 16/8. I don't count calories on feast days, but much more aware of food going through the mouth

So far, I have acheived what I set out (and well beyond expectations, I never did set a final goal in mind, only with the xmas club!), several dress sizes smaller and still enjoy my eating life.

Replacing the wardobe seems a constant battle, so not long till I can level out size wise, and no doubt, still be bloody inbetween sizing

Thanks to everyone for your kind comments and to my OH @fixedwheel. I am keeping an eye on him to keep him in check ! From 50 miles away

This forum is such a fab place, whether we are feeling great, sad, depressed, need motivating, ready to throw the scales out.... support etc. I genuinely enjoy posting and reading others :like: :clover:

Was a great help with the first few fasts as we could discuss how we were feeling (we started the exact same day), if we were hungry etc, feeling a bit weird (ok, somethings continue, I am weird !!)...

Only one or two days has John (OH) nearly given up on a fast, but we encourage each other and got through it. We don't live together so weekends we cook, normally Gordon Ramsey or Nigel Slater and both each much smaller portions instead of 'feed the 5,000 !' :like:
