To reduce more weight,, I tried GM diet last week,5 days went well I reduced around 2kg...But the other twodays i had huge cravings and lost the track, i gained 1.5 kg back.....got disappointed,But not losing hope..I am back to5:2.I think this is the best WOL,rather than fad diets which leave you frustrated.Hope I can reduce further ,....Going on vacation on august 9th....I want my mamma (who will be seeing me after an year)to say... wow you've reduced!!!!!!gonna try 4:3......please help me

Awww Honey you've done so well so far with 5:2! I don't know what GM diet is but if you feel you must do something more than 5:2 or 4:3, check out @TML13 posts about her 3:2:2 dukan attack. Doing low carb should help considerably if you usually have a more carb based diet. Maybe some others will be on shortly to give you more advice.

I share Betsy's advice, try low-carb. It should also reduce your cravings.

If you like carbs (like I do) or believe that carbs are not the enemy and that are good for you (like I also do) there is no way to do low carb all the time. You will fail and feel bad. 3:2:2 is the middle ground between low carb and eating normally and it helps you lose weight while you are eating whatever you fancy.
