It just goes to show that sticking to 5:2 , understanding the why's and wherefores of weight loss, knowing that the only way to avoid a plateau is to not be born of caveman ancestry, all helps tremendously to keep you motivated. It also helps that the 5:2 way of eating is so easy, so sustainable that you don't mind carrying on with it whilst your body catches up.
