My 3 stone goal is now ticked off.

It just goes to show that sticking to 5:2 , understanding the why's and wherefores of weight loss, knowing that the only way to avoid a plateau is to not be born of caveman ancestry, all helps tremendously to keep you motivated. It also helps that the 5:2 way of eating is so easy, so sustainable that you don't mind carrying on with it whilst your body catches up.

Less than 7 stone to go, onward and downward.

Whoop whoop! Fantastic!
I have been weirdly disappointed this month as I was bouncing around so much. I even went back up 6lb at one point. Yet when I look at my weekly weigh-ins I have still lost nearly 4 pounds during the plateau. It has lasted 2 months this slow down, but I now feel that its behind me, until the next one that is.
