Delighted or Disappointed?

Well reached wk 4 :heart: I usually have fell off the wagon by this stage generally because I ate a biscuit so had no choice but to sabotage the entire diet :grin: However with this dream of an eating plan I simply fast the next day .i feel in control of my eating for the first time every now . I have stopped craving high fat high sugar ( my previous only food group :oops: ) and use my fast days for fresh healthy food . I have been ill such a long time (high blood pressure ) and always always tired now I feel in control my BP is dropping and this with only 8lbs off but more significant 4 inches off my waist :victory: .

PS I know exactly what you mean about the sabotage effect of one biscuit, :cry: though all that is well behind me now - and you, from the sound of it!

Yes this WOL is very forgiving indeed because there's always tomorrow and if that fails one fastday is better
than none at all. :heart:
