Well reached wk 4 I usually have fell off the wagon by this stage generally because I ate a biscuit so had no choice but to sabotage the entire diet However with this dream of an eating plan I simply fast the next day .i feel in control of my eating for the first time every now . I have stopped craving high fat high sugar ( my previous only food group ) and use my fast days for fresh healthy food . I have been ill such a long time (high blood pressure ) and always always tired now I feel in control my BP is dropping and this with only 8lbs off but more significant 4 inches off my waist .
