This morning the scale showed 0,7k less than last week. I am out of the overweight stats and have a BMI of 24,9 now! Started losing weight about 3 months ago. The first 10 weeks no 5:2 yet, but just an 'ordinairy' eat-healthy style. I lost 7k since the beginning of June.
Very happy! :victory:
