Thanks to all. Just having a teensy celebration ...
Well it's Sunday morning, post 'Strictly' (but no, I didn't do any dancing  ) and Official Weigh In after 21 weeks (not 22 as originally thought)

Weight- 10st 5.8lb (or nearly 146lb). Loss of 8lb

Bust 38in - lost 1in
Waist 33in - lost 6in ( :victory: )
Hips 39in - lost 2in

BMI 24.75 now 23.46

Have not lost any weight this month, but holibobs and other diversions have intervened ... will also have a week off in October, but it will be easier to fast this time.

Now need to 'oxfam' the work trousers I bought end of June, as my colleagues keep teasing me about my 'constant 5:2 hitch-up'!

Onward and downwards!
Impressive stats there, Silverdarling!

Before I started this WOE in January, my 'waist' was enormous (I'm an apple). I don't think it'll ever be half my height (I'm the same height as you), but at least I can tell where it's supposed to be now!

Well done and thanks for sharing.
That waist reduction is very impressive! Congrats!
