36 hour liquid fast 17 Feb
17 Feb 2014, 00:03
Is this still a thing? I've been away for a month, and today is first fast back. It's also a year since I first fasted. (And apart from this past month, I've been a consistent twice a week faster.) Interested to see how easy/hard it is today  lovely hot weather so should be okay :like:

Hi Katamac - Welcome back!

I've stopped liquid fasting for a bit - I now have a protein only small meal on fast days in the evening. Not sure why I changed really, I felt I was overdoing it a bit combining liquid fasting and 16:8.

Hope yours went well

Yeh was fine. Probably a good idea to eat something if you're 16:8 on other days. Also probably good to mix it up a bit sometimes.
