Complete liquid fast for me today - off to a good start, already 5 hours in!

Not sure, yet, whether I'll break my fast on Tuesday morn or go through until dinner - we'll see.

Anyone else?
Hi B&W, I'm liquid-fasting with you. A somewhat celebratory week ahead (20th wedding anniversary and Christmas parties) so will be good to recalibrate the system before that. :smile: Have just enjoyed a cup of delicious Organic Peruvian coffee with 'tones of chocolate and citrus berry fruit' and am contemplating writing some Christmas cards on this grey and wet day - not sure what happened to summer!

I'm in. I like a Monday fast, but I think its the last one this year. Great weekend - looking forward to some repairing today.

I fasted today too, was liquid until ten minutes ago when I had a couple of spoons of cottage cheese - not out of hunger, but I've found it helps me sleep better (longer), and I need a good sleep tonight. So a nearly liquid fast :D

I'm planning on another one later in the week too, but not going to stress over fasts over the holiday season - suspect that there might be quite a few 24 hour liquid fasts, with no calorie counting for dinner. *
*note to self, don't break a fast with alcohol, eat first ;)
Katamac that's my Christmas strategy too - 24 hour liquid fasts before a night out, then relax. Its an art to get the eating/drinking timing right though !
Gained again this morning - it really is getting silly now.

I'm in today - don't like Thursday fasting, but need to get ready for the weekend. Work will be fine, but got to bake mince pies tonight :oops:
I've done my usual Mon and Thurs liquid fasts this week. I thought I would struggle to successfully complete my liquid fasts at this time of year but I'm actually finding it easier. It could be that I'm just so busy I don't have time to think about it.

I weighed myself today and I've stayed the same, or should I be more positive and say I've maintained! I know my non fast days are a bit excessive at the moment so to get through the festive season without any weigh gain would be a result.
