Yep, it's official. I'm going to do full fasts for a little while. Still 5:2 but on fast days I'll only be drinking black coffee in the A.M., water throughout the day and a spot of green tea for dinner.

I found that this past Monday, when I first tried it, was actually easier. Sure I got hungry but that's to be expected. What I mean by easier is that on previous fasting days, I found myself getting hungrier and crankier when I knew dinner was coming. Knowing that no food is happening until brekky seems to be mentally easier on me. That along with not having to measure and weigh.

So we'll see how things go.

Although I wrote the above last night, it was technically when I began my fast.

The last bit of solid food consumed was at 10:00PM on the 14th. I'll postpone brekky until sometime tomorrow morn; hence 36ishliquid fast...

Anyone else with me? Image
