Re: 3rd October Friday fasting

Posting in rather late in my fast day & only coffees with a splash of milk so far today. My Wednesday fast went well until watching bake off then I was tempted into eating a slice of Victoria sponge! All such goodies have now been cleared from the kitchen but it seems to have been a rubbish week to try to lose any weight. We had lunch with friends yesterday so also not exactly slimming. My OH & I will be having an M&S Fuller Longer beef casserole supper so not long now.
Well done all fasting today!

I'm in today -- my 3rd fast for the week. Wednesday's fast went very well for me and I'm hoping to have a great loss for the week. For dinner I'm having 4 oz of salmon, cauliflower rice and a cup of green beans. Onward and downwards
